QA Executive

• Ensure inspection of raw materials, packaging materials, chemicals, in-process materials and semi-finished goods, and outgoing finished goods meet specifications.
• Ensure inspections are carried out according to specified sampling and frequency.
• Release qualified direct materials and finished goods.
• Participate in trial runs of new products and troubleshoot QC issues at Production.
• Develop and review test methodology and provide necessary trainings to QC Inspectors where necessary.
• Conduct checks on cleanliness of facility and ensure that production staff adhere to GMP standards.
• Oversee and manage the operation of in-house laboratory.
• Conduct investigation on non-conformance reports to check for discrepancies and deviations from specifications.
• Responsible for stock inventory of lab consumables and schedule calibration of equipment.
• Support the maintenance of quality management systems.
• Coordinate with KPP R&D, and KPV Production and Planning departments for all R&D-related matters.
• Conduct GMP trainings.
• Support QA Manager in internal and external audits.
• Perform other related duties as required or as directed by the QA Manager.

• Diploma in a chemistry discipline.
• 2 years experienced in Quality Assurance /Quality Control Processes.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9000, GMP and 5S.
• Bias for preventative action.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
