Mô tả công việc
1. Responsible to handle IQC & OQC quality matters.
2. Monitor Production performance and establish improvement plan to achieve KPI.
3. Update Quality (KPI) performance on monthly basis and conduct improvement actions to achieve targets.
4. Assist CQE to improve customer quality claims and implement actions if necessary.
5. Support Quality related matter that impact to IQC and OQC functions. Example ECN, Quality Improvement, Quality Audits etc…
6. Lead the IQC and OQC supervisor, leader to performance quality inspections.
7. Training of Quality staff and conduct certification test periodically.
8. Support CQE on NCMR and quality improvement matters & customer audits.
9. To support QS engineer to establish, maintain & improve Quality & Environmental Management System ISO9001/ISO14001/IATF16949.
* Every day pick up bus from Hanoi and Bac Ninh City to factory.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. University Degree in Engineering.
2. 3 years experiences in Metal Stamping Process or high volume manufacturing environment.
3. Able to read and understand customer mechanical drawings and perform simple measurement using equipment/tools like CMM, Height Gauge, Smart Scope, profile projectors etc…
4. Automotive Industry background is preferreable.
5. Good problem solving skills and analytical skill i.e good skill in 7QC tools, 8D methodology, 5-why analysis, SPC and LEAN 6-Sigma etc... Green or Black belt qualification is added advantage.
6. Strong interpersonal skill with external customer and internal teams.
7. Must be able to work with multi culture and multi levels people.
8. Good communication skill in both English and Vietnamese, Mandarin and Japanese is added advantage.
9. Competent in using computer and report writings, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
10. Flexibility in term of working hours and able to work under pressure.
