QA Engineer

The QA Engineer is responsible for managing the quality assurance department employees, planning, professional guidance, monitoring and control professional.
Handle customer issues. Review customer testing requirements and ensure that systems are in place.
Directly responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Company quality system.
Responsible for update writing and distributing quality assurance procedures.

MAIN TASKS
• Interpret and implement quality assurance standards.
• Write QA/QC procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data and inspecting.
• Implements methods to improve inspection method, equipment/tool performance, product quality.
• Control the quality of incoming materials, in processes, out-coming products.
• Ensure production is producing quality product to specifications.
• Collect data and report monthly; and work with manufacturing on process improvements.
• Support manufacturing in the development of job instructions and procedures.
* MQA (Check outgoing products):
* SQA (Check incoming materials)
* DQA (Testing assessment for developing products/processes).
* QP (Quality Planning)
* PQA (Check Panel Quality)
• Analyze NG product and control process defect
Find root cause and have method to improve panel status
Other tasks are requested by Manager/Director

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Working day: from Monday to Saturdays.
- Working time: from 8h30 to 12h30; from 13h30 to 17h30.
- The company is equipped with the main working facilities: fix phone, computer, stationery
- Other supporting according to the company regulation.

REQUIREMENTS
- Education / professional: Bachelor's Degree
- Foreign language : English or Chinese.
- Year of experience: Minimum 5 years or more experience
- Computer skills: Proficient in spreadsheet software (Excel) and Word.
