QA Engineer (Automation/ Manual)

Job Brief:
We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer to ensure the high quality of our products (mobile app and
web) and build up the quality assurance policies and standards. We are looking for:
● A tech-savvy person to be part of our GO-VIET Engineer team,
● Fluent English communication since you will need to communicate with foreign teams to understand about the requirements/specifications.

Responsibilities
● Reviews requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
● Liaises with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
● Creates detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases (mobile app and web)
● Estimates, prioritizes, plans and coordinates testing activities
● Identifies, records, documents thoroughly and track bugs
● Monitors debugging process results
● Performs thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
● Develops and applies testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
● Designs, develops and executes automation scripts using open source tools

Technical Skills:
● Have good experience in manual testing – prefer candidates with ISTQB certificate
● Knowledge of codding in any programing languages (prefer Java/Python/Golang/Ruby/Clojure...)
● Experience of working with Web, Mobile and API Testing in automation testing
● Knowledge of Linux/Unix commands

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree preferred (Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject)
● Proven work experience in software testing and quality assurance
● Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
● Great interpersonal and communication skills as needs to closely work with remote teams spread in multiple countries
