Quality Assurance is process oriented and focuses on defect prevention.

In direct contact with QC team, office manager, merchandising team and development dept., you will be ensuring the quality of our developments and productions.
You are our assurance to prevent quality issue during orders’ production and helping to find solutions to them.

Key responsibilities

- Understanding and following Quality Protocols and needs of our customers.
- Take part in PP meeting with Merchandiser, QC and factory, to ensures all the critical points are clear and understood
- Support merchandising team in fitting and sample comments to customers.
- Analyzing and controlling the possible problems, and offer/ propose solutions.
- Investigate and analyze buyer complaints, ascertain the root cause and implement corrective action and measures.
- Monitoring that samples approved are not suffering any structural deviation that could affect the production.
- Check the paper patterns used by factory are the same as the ones sent by head office
- Before starting the production, control with QC team that fabrics and trims of the production are ready and as per customer approval (initial inspection). Report to office if any problem
- Following up with QC team 1st output/inline/pre final/ FI and report any issue to management in due time.
- Issue the report and corrective plan to factory/supplier.
- Control that the factory understands and execute correctly and on time all customers’ requirements for stitching/label attachment and packing.
- If there is any important problem, found in a production the QA must inform the Merchandiser and management immediately.
- Work with factory to make sure production plans are clear and allow sufficient lead-time to catch inspection date
- Visit new factories punctually to assess the facilities and if they can supply the quality that we need for our productions.

- At least 5 years and above work experience in garment manufacturing quality management in Vietnam and/or Cambodia.
- Good communication
- Familiar with quality management system
- Knowledgeable in garment manufacturing process
- Experience in both woven and knit.
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Good command in Chinese is a plus (oral and written)
- Strong sense of responsibilities
- Must be proactive with a solution/result-oriented attitude.
- Attention to detail.
- Willing to travel by bike/car/bus/plane.
