Analyze, create and automate a software project’s functional and performance requirements. This includes the creation of automation plans and test scripts. Responsible for the execution of software testing prior to release per projects assigned. Responsible for the design of test plans and automated tests to support continuous software component used in the Microsoft dev tools & services

Responsibilities:
・Develop, execute and maintain automation test scripts, utilities, data sets leveraging commercial and/or open source tools.
・Replace existing manual test work with AT testing.
・Increase AT test coverage and contribute to a decrease in customer bug occurrence rate.
・Automate testing of defects and assist with the maintenance of existing test script.
・Collaborate as part of a development team by providing a customer viewpoint.
・Make suggestions/contributions for the improvement of software testing/quality.
・Research and make recommendations to the team regarding new technology available and its proper application.
Requirements:
・Minimum three (3) year’s software QA testing experience or working experience as a developer/software engineer in Microsoft .net framework (C#, ASP.NET, MVC).
・2-3 years of direct experience in Software Automation.
・Good prioritization skills, candidate must be able to prioritize projects based on project demands.
・English reading & writing skill of a level not troubling to communicate with global team.
Nice to have:
・Experience with Selenium Webdriver
・Experience with Microsoft Software Automation Tools (Coded UI, WinAppDriver)
・Understanding of cross-browser development using core web development tools and technologies (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON).
・Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and test-driven development experience is a plus
・Software component development skills
・Excellent analytical troubleshooting skills
・Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Programming, Mathematics/Analytics or related field or equivalent experience.
・Business Level English
