QA Automation Lead

• Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures.
• Develop the Automated Regression Pack for Sendo core features.
• Maintain and upgrade the existing automation frameworks.
• Integrate manual test cases into automation frameworks.
• Manage workload for team members.
• Make plan and strategy to increase the automation test coverage.
• Make sure the rest of the teams have the tools to create automated tests in a structured way.
• Design and Develop the Automated solution for Testing for various repeatable tests.
• Utilize appropriate testing tools for both front-end and back-end Quality Assurance.
• You will also be required to carry out any other duties which may reasonably be required of you.

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalence.
• Understand the different kind of testing framework and automated testing approach.
• Good experience in testing websites, or mobile applications.
• Has 3+ year experience in build and enhancement the automated testing framework using Selenium WebDriver, Appium.
• Good knowledge of software testing methodologies, automated testing tools, and processes.
• Proficiency on using automation test by scripting with any object-oriented programming language.
• Hands on Dev Ops – CI/CD pipeline utilization for deployment and execution of automation scripts.
• Experience in using different testing technique in the test design for manual and automation test.
• Experience in working with agile/scrum methodology.
• Experience in leading a team.
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Hands on experience leveraging automation scripts to speed up deployments to productions, where the scripts are triggered after the code commits/build is complete.
• Contribute to the building of continuous Integration (CI) environment and ongoing Process improvement activities.
• Collaborative with project team to understand project objectives, gather automation requirements, design automated tests, and troubleshoot issues.
