QA Assistant Manager - Textile/garment

- Hỗ trợ quản lý chất lượng để thiết lập, phát triển, truyền đạt & duy trì kế hoạch chất lượng đảm bảo hệ thống chất lượng của công ty & chính sách chất lượng phù hợp với yêu cầu hệ thống chất lượng.
Assist Quality Manager to implement, develop, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality
Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements

- Thiết lập phương pháp, tiêu chuẩn đánh giá chất lượng một cách rõ ràng
Agreeing standards and establishing clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply.

- Thiết lập & duy trì quy trình quản lý & văn bản hóa quy trình
Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.

- Quản lý & duy trì việc kiểm tra đánh giá chất lượng nguyên vật liệu đầu vào, công đoạn, phụ kiện cấu thành & sản phẩm
Manage and maintain the Company’s quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process
materials and components, processes and finished goods.

- Hướng dẫn đào tạo dựa theo tiêu chuẩn cho đội ngũ giám sát, nhân viên đào tạo hiểu về sản phẩm mới
Conduct training on SPEC (specification) for Supervisors, instructors to understand new style of products.

- Tương tác hiệu quả với Phòng sản xuất & phát triển sản phẩm, duy trì cung ứng sản phẩm & hỗ trợ giới thiệu sản phẩm mới
Effectively interact with Production and Development teams to maintain product supply and help introduce new products.

- Đảm bảo tất cả các yêu cầu về tuân thủ (an toàn, quy trình phát triển bền vững toàn cầu, 5S,...) phù hợp với chính sách của
công ty.
Ensure that all the compliance request (safety, global sustainably process, Wrap 5S …) are complied with company policy.

- Ít nhất 05 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Quản lý chất lượng/ Giám sát chất lượng hoặc các vị trí khác liên quan
At least 05 years of experiences in Quality assurance/ Quality control/ Quality supervision or other similar positions.
- Có kiến thức/ kinh nghiệm về may, có hiểu biết về ngành may mặc là một lợi thế.
Knowledge/experience of sewing, preferably in intimate apparel.
- Ưu tiên kinh nghiệm quản lý chất lượng ngành may mặc
Quality assurance experiences in garment/ textile is preferable.
- Có kỹ năng giao tiếp & viết tốt và năng lực tương tác với mọi đối tượng
Good written and oral communication skills, and have the ability to interact with all levels.
- Có năng lực đánh giá, giải quyết vấn đề cũng như kỹ năng tổ chức.
Demonstration of sound problem solving abilities, as well as, possession of required organizational skills.
- Có kỹ năng sử dụng máy tính, kỹ năng tiếng anh & tiếng việt tốt.
Good Vietnamese and English language skills, good computer skills.
