To keep up with our growth and ensure high quality for our products, we are seeking an QA Assistant Manager to add to our team. The QA Assistant Manager is a team leader, that acts as the final decision maker before the QC manager. The QA Assistant Manager will work with own QC team and several partnering factories, in Binh Duong, Qui Nhon and potentially others.
We are looking for a strong individual, who can secure that the furniture we deliver to our customers are top quality. Every day will be about improving quality, therefore we need an QA Assistant Manager with a technical mindset who can develop and improve operational procedures.
- Ensure that all daily inline and final inspections at factories are conducted according to company guidelines
- Identifying defects and other quality issues
- Work with the QC and factories to find solution on quality issues
- Identify risks and improve production processes
- Develop and follow up on new samples
- Reporting to QC manager and sales
- Ensure that final shipped products are of 2-Connect quality
- Support QC teams and sales in other matters
- The position will be mainly based in Binh Duong, with regular traveling to Quy Nhon

Yêu cầu ứng viên
The ideal candidate should have those following traits:
- At least 5 years of experience in outdoor furniture
- High sense of responsibility – ensure quality for more than 2000 containers shipped yearly
- Experience in communication with factories on a negotiable level
- Team worker – work closely with QC team, sales and factories
- Fluency in English is needed, both verbally and written
- Excellency in problem-solving skills
- Excellency in production process optimization
- Strong personality that can handle resistance
- Be willing to travel, weekly travel activities can be expected.
