QA Analyst

1. Quality System:
- Conducting Internal Audits, following up NCR closure/ corrective actions relating to internal and external NCRs, and reporting the following findings;
- Act as the Deputy Lead Auditor (QMS) in the absence of the Lead Auditor (QMS) or QA Manager;
- Participate in Quality System and Product quality related meetings;
- Assist QA Manager in Quality System improvement, SOP review and approval, QMS Management Review Meeting (for documentation and following up), QMS Internal Audit Planning, administration of NCRs for audit reports and relevant documents.
2. Regulatory Affairs:
- Assist the QA Manager in ensuring compliance to regulatory and legislative requirements pertaining to Quality System products;
- Update and maintain the regulatory documents.
3. SOPs:
- Conducting regular SOP review (QA related SOPs) to ensure they are always up-to-date and adequate;
- Administration of changes to SOPs: raising SOP update form, request for the changes needed;
- Guardian of the current Master copy SOPs and superseded/ obsolete SOPs.
4. Manage Product Testing:
- Monitoring laboratory and ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practice, relevant international standards and regulatory requirements;
- Maintain 5S and calibration testing equipment;
- Conduct Gage R&R and ANOVA;
- Report to QA Manager about quality issue testing results.
5. Manage the Incoming Materials
- Conduct testing for chemicals/ packaging/ yarn/ etc.
- Update testing methods.
6. Do other ad hoc works as requested.

1. Diploma or Bachelor degree holder in science or polymer technology;
2. Experience in QA or related manufacturing environment is preferable;
3. Good understanding and experience in implementing ISO17025, ISO9001 or equivalent QMS;
4. Familiar with statistical techniques, QC tools and good in data analysis;
5. Experience in conducting and handling internal and external quality audits;
6. MS Office literacy;
7. Proficient in English;
8. Both Teamwork player and Independent;
9. Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills;
10. Able to write a good report.
