Mô tả công việc
Position title: PVT Engineer - Chassis
Working Location: Hai Duong Plant
Report to: PVT Supervisor
Term of contract: Indefinite
1. Chassis VRT (Variability Reduction Teams) Co-Leader:
- Lead and drive performance of Chassis VRT team
- Drive containment and resolution of internal quality issues related to design & engineering to secure production and ensure product quality
- Drive containment and resolution of quality issues from field reported via Warranty and Customer surveys
- Identify, set priority and lead project (normally cross functional) to improve quality metrics and customer satisfaction
- Chair weekly VRT team meeting and VRT report-out
- Participate and report in Regional Chassis Forum as Vietnam’s representative
- Study and replicate best practices from other plants to Vietnam
- Drive Chassis VRT for continuous improvement
2. Product Engineering (Chassis):
- Lead Chassis activities during New Product Launch including but not limited to: Part verification, assembly & quality issue resolution, vehicle static and dynamic assessment, engineering sign-off, etc.
- Analyse and Implement Engineering Changes relating to Chassis function to assure smooth implementation without line stop due to material shortage or quality issue.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Background, qualification & skills:
• Engineering university graduated.
• Good at English, Communication & Presentation skill.
• Minimum one-year working experience.
• Experience in problem solving methodologies (8D, 6-Sigma).
• Strong teamwork and leading people abilities.
2. Preferences:
• Major in Automotive, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation, Control Engineering…etc.
• Working experience in Automotive Industry.
• Hard working, enthusiastic, eager to learn new knowledge.
• Good time and data management skill.
• Experience in Engineering Changes control.
• Knowledge of vehicle functions and quality assessment.
