Purchasing Supervisor/ Staff (Hưng Yên)

I/ WORK LOCATION:
• Washing Machine Factory
• Plot G2, Thang Long 2 Industrial Park, Lieu Xa, Yen My, Hung Yen

II/ JOB DUTIES:
Purchasing Department needs 01 Supervisor and 01 Staff who will work at Washing Machine Factory in Hung Yen and be mainly responsible for ONE of two following roles:

1. PURCHASING SUPERVISOR (COST TEAM)
• Manage and monitor all activities of cost team
• Control material cost and implement cost reduction (CR) activities to achieve target
• Control material, die and mold contract, expenditure and investment budget of purchasing department
• Co-ordinate tightly with other departments related to quality issues, QSM & EMS audit at suppliers and yearly supplier evaluation
• Control new model development schedule
• Follow up ISO criteria and ISM rules

2. PURCHASING STAFF (DELIVERY TEAM)
• Control order quantity and delivery plan; negotiate with suppliers for the best plan to catch up with production plan and minimize inventory.
• Collaborate with Warehouse to give feedback and claim suppliers about delivery issues.
• Co-operate with PSI team to adjust order quantity or delivery plan in case production plan changes.
• Control material and parts: check shipping documents, import customs clearance.
• Collaborate with forwarder on Customs procedure.
• Submit Customs Declaration sheets to Accounting for tax payment.

*** REQUIREMENTS:
• Male/ Female; University graduated.
• Having at least one year experience in delivery control in manufacturing environment.
• Solid computer skills, including MS office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good communication in Vietnamese and English. Can speak Japanese is advantageous.
• Be punctual, patient, honest, and can work under pressure.
• Can work independently and teamwork as well.
