Purchasing Supervisor

The Purchasing Supervisor has the responsibility to make sure that the necessary materials, equipment and services at the right time, place and best price. The Purchaser is responsible for the reservation of materials and capacity with suppliers and subcontractors.

Vendor Sourcing and Management
• Lead sourcing projects, from supplier negotiation to supplier contract execution
• Source and execute frame contracts and/or preferred vendor agreements
• Find, evaluate, qualify and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers
• Maintain relationship with a number of back-up vendors in case of emergency
• Align with related departments to establish key bidding criteria/specification for mainstream, high value purchases

Analysis and Control
• Price analysis compared to market fair price to ensure the goods are purchased at the best price
• Ensure Inventory Report and Procurement Sheet are updated regularly
• Develop purchasing insights to drive cost reduction and continuous improvement
• Ensure integrity, transparency and compliance across all activities
• Ad-hoc report to BOM if necessary

Shipping and Inventory Management
• Goods receiving and neatly arranging at Storage Room and Head Office when the Suppliers make goods delivery
• Goods receiving at the Supplier store in case the Supplier does not deliver to Storage room and Head Office
• Shipping goods to the North through shipping companies such as Viet Post, Phuong Hoang Truck
• Delivering goods from Storage Room and Head Office to hotels in District 1 every Saturday or Sunday
• Other ad-hoc jobs according to the assignment of Operations Department.
Note:
• Storage room location: Thai An Apartment, Nguyen Van Qua Street, District 12, Ho Chi Minh
• Head office location: Long Ma Building, 602 Cong Hoa, Ward 15, Tan Binh, Ho Chi Minh

Working Time:
• From Monday to Friday in regulated working hour.
• Every Saturday or Sunday, in charge of delivering goods from Storage Room and Head Office to hotels in District 1.

Work Location:
• Head office location at Long Ma Building, 602 Cong Hoa, Ward 15, Tan Binh, Ho Chi Minh

• Bachelor Degree of Business, Foreign Trade, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations or related fields
• Having lots of experience on Indirect Procurement, prefer Hospitality operation
• Being fluency in spoken and written English
• Excellent analyzing, negotiation, planning, communications and presentation skills
• Excellent on Microsoft Offices (Good at Excel is a plus)
• Able to demonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all practices.
• Honest, diligent, hardworking, healthy and quick to solve arising problems
