Purchasing Supervisor

Purchasing Supervisor is responsible for run a smooth purchasing process with the most efficient cost according to the purchasing policy of company
1. Implement the purchasing policy and the purchasing system for the plant
2. Run smoothly the "purchase request/purchase order/reception of goods'' system and its links with the Finance & Accounting Department
3. Purchases all consumables for all Departments
4. Optimizes the purchasing strategy in order to keep the minimum stocks so as to guaranty the smooth operation of the plant and minimizes costs
5. Responsible for sourcing local suppliers
6. Support on variable cost and fixed cost control

1. Experience with purchasing for new factory/project will be prefered
2. Experience in general logistics
3. Fluent in Vietnamese and English

Similar role in manufacturing environment, textile industry will be preferred
