Mô tả công việc
• Purchase all material requirements in confirmed quantities by the Supply Chain Department and tack orders to ensure delivery on-time;
• Research and stay updated on demand and prices for commodity markets related to our material requirements and recommend actions to modify buying behavior for optimizing inventory value
• Develop or implement procedures or systems to evaluate or select suppliers.
• Deal and negotiate with domestic and international suppliers about contracts, prices and rates, payment terms, goods delivery, goods quality, etc.;
• Management and preserve relevant record (Purchase order , Sale contract , shipment document , ISO system document , Suppliers KPI).
• Prepare payment requests for all supplier and management Epico system data update.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Good spoken and written communication skills in English (intermediate level) and Chinese (advance level);
• Knowledge about material handling business processes , ITERCOM 2000 commercial terms , technical standards for materials , production quotas and reasonable HS code , import and export tax process management.
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, Email…)
• Have with minimum 3 years’ experience in mechanical goods procurement.
• High school graduated
