Mô tả công việc
• Responsible for supporting manufacturing operations with a sound and accurate purchasing schedules on a regular basis.
• Ensuring compliance and consistent service level on Procurement to Pay and On Time Delivery
• Directing efforts for enforcing efficient procurement standards, methodologies, processes, organization, information systems, application and relevant master data.
• Assumes leadership role in managing key, strategic relationships with vendors
• Assumes leadership role in working with key internal company personnel in order to establish sound and effective purchasing strategies.
• Acts as lead negotiator in plant purchasing plans. Responsibility includes initiating, directing and maintaining both short and long-term schedules.
• Maintain and follow purchasing procedures. This includes thorough analysis of potential suppliers and annual review of existing suppliers reviewing costs, quality, delivery, and other pertinent factors.
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining clear and effective purchasing policies and procedures.

• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with teams, suppliers, peers and internal customers
• University graduate or above specialized in Foreign Trade, Economic or relevant field
• At least 5 year purchasing experience
• Experience in working for an international company
• MS officer Suite
