Mô tả công việc
• Be responsible for supplying the equipments/devices for departments of IT, Human Resources, Marketing and others upon the receipt of properly authorized requisitions;
• Understand and obtain goods and services to satisfy reasonable user needs promptly and make purchases in accordance with the approved procurement policy;
• Keep the legal requirements of business contracts updated always and use such a knowledge to protect the avantages of the company;
• Be responsible for finding source / suppliers of promotional gifts, enclosed gifts to support the company's marketing projects (activation programs, promotions ...)
• Negotiate with the suppliers to obtain the most effective offers within deadline as required;
• Collaborate to build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Analysis quotation and propose selected suppliers effectively direct manager for apporval and processing;
• Be free to have innovation at work for saving: cost avoidance, cost reduction, new sources of purchase, pro-long payment term, etc..).
• Be free to propose the shorten lead time.
• Organize the development and management of suppliers of goods and services to ensure their suitable and competitive supply, meet the requirements for expansion / change of plans and purchase any demands of the company.
• Perform procurement tasks as required by direct management

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Relevant University degree (Economics, Marketing…);
• At least 3 years at same position (Having experience at FMCG, Marketing, Transportation, IT purchasing will be a plus);
• Excellent in using Microsoft office: Excel, Power Point and Data storage skills;
• Good at communicating in English;
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and integrit;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as service orientation;
• Highly speed of work;
• Team player with ability to convince others.
