Purchasing Supervisor

Planning and implementing the search, evaluation, selection of best suppliers. Conducting negotiations, signing and implementing purchase and service contracts;
Manage, build and develope the Supplier List. Periodically update information and conduct supplier evaluation: price, quality of goods, capacity, delivery time, after-sales service, payment methods, development potential .... to choose the most suitable supplier at all times;
Participate in building the procurement management software of the company;
Supervision, monitor and report on the progress of work, ensuring the activities of purchasing Team comply with policies, regulations, processes, ... and commitment to quality of goods & services;
Manage contract and contract payment term according to the signed terms;
Standardize internal processes, regulations and documents for centralized procurement related business;
Perform other jobs as required by the Line manager.

Male or Female; Age 25 ~ 35;
Graduated from University of Business Administration or related majors;
Experience at least 3 ~ 5 years as the same position;
Be responsible, honest, dynamic and withstand high pressure in work;
Have the skills to negotiate, communicate, conduct and understand the relevant goods market;
Good use of office computers (Excel, Word, etc.);
Foreign language: Good English communication (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing).
