Mô tả công việc
The jobholder will act as purchasing agent by being involved in purchasing raw materials and packaging locally/oversea to supply for production on a timely and cost effective basic while maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications with the detailed tasks as follows:
- Issue contract/receive contract from suppliers
- Update & maintain supplier contract database/folder
- Update & issuing contract amendments
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely delivery
- Check shipment documents carefully
- Coordinate with Technical Department (QC & QA team) concern to quality of product
- Coordinate with Production Department to ensure proper receiving and storage
- Solve internal and external (suppliers) problem
- Collect supplier information and assist in ISO/Global Gap Annual Performance Review
- In charge of daily operational job in the system.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Economics/…
- 1 or 2 years of experience in purchasing raw materials (agriculture)
- Having experience in working with suppliers from various nationalities
- Good communication and negotiation skills in English and Vietnamese
- Good planning and problem-solving skills
- Good Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Knowledge in foreign trade, global commercial acts and rules
- Integrity, able to work independently under high pressure
- 1 or 2 years of experience in purchasing raw materials (agriculture)
- Having experience in working with suppliers from various nationalities
