Dear all, INOAC VIETNAM (Japanese company) is hiring 01 Purchasing Staff , details as belows:
**JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Prepare and control material plan; calculate material based on production plan
- Control material data, Green procurement (updated SGS, MSDS…)
- Issue PO follow plan
- Make request for quotation and sample
- Prepare PO (send and follow up confirmation)
- Update PO condition in summary files
- Control delivery, payment status
- Prepare documents and transferring to accounting department
- Double check order, delivery quality and price to prepare custom clearance
- Support custom procedure, make custom clearance for some supplies
- Other jobs as assigned by line- manager.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- Salary: 400- 600$, Annual salary revision based on performance.
- Bonus: maximum = 5 month salary/1 year & minimum = 2 month salary/1 year.
- Full social and health insurance belong to Vietnamese labor law.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION:
- University degree in Purchasing, Business Administration, Import/Export, Economics, or relevant fields.
- Have knowlegde or at least 01 year of experience in Purchasing or relevant fields.
- Good skill in using Microsoft Office
- Good command of English skill (intermediate level and above)
- Good ability of communication, negotiation, have a high sense of responsibility
**Working location: Lot No.36, Quang Minh Industrial Zone, Me Linh, Ha Noi (Shutle bus from Hanoi Center)
