Mô tả công việc
- Assist to "Assistant/Deputy" to follow delivery with suppliers.
- Collect all required document to send to the Accounting Department for payment to suppliers.
- Distribute purchased goods to related departments.
- Assist to "Assistant/Deputy" to make purchasing reports.
- File all purchasing document.
- Follow strictly purchasing process and policy.
- Do all documentary work assigned by Assistant/Deputy/PUM& PGM.
- Other duties as assigned.
* Authority:
- Refuse any wrong document from suppliers.
(*) Deadline for application: 24/03/2019

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Male, age from 23 to 27 years old.
- Graduate University with major in Technical, Logistics, Forwarding, Business Administration
- At least 1 years of working experiences in purchasing and logistics
- Good knowledge of product, equipment, drawing
- Good command in English (both written and verbal communication)
- Computer literacy and knowledge of MS, Excel, PP
- Have good document skills
- Honest, creative, responsible, hard-working
- Well-organized & good time management
- High teamwork spirit
