Mô tả công việc
- Job Responsibilities:
Search for sources of materials in Vietnam and foreign areas and build the plan for potential Suppliers.
Establish and maintain supplier qualification and evaluation as well as comparing offers from Supplier.
Negotiating about contract terms and pricing which still ensure to align with company’s policies.
Coordinate efforts with the team to enter and adjust inventory, track material requirments
Assist with production support activities such as production scheduling, ordering materials, inventory control.
Assist with Quality and ISO procedures
Issue PO’s, perform receipt of goods, track purchase invoices and coordinate with accounting, track in process po’s to ensure on time delivery.
Other tasks as requested by the management
- Working Time: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday & Saturday (twice a month for four weeks/month))

Yêu cầu ứng viên
English (Fluent writing, reading and speaking skills)
At least 2-3 years experience in Sourcing and Purchasing
Knowledge of International trade.
Understanding of Purchasing Processes and Principles
Degree in Business Management, Commerce, or English.
