Purchasing Staff

*Work Location: Khoai Chau, Hung Yen

*Job Description:
- Research potential vendors, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Plan ahead, order, and import products from outside Vietnam (okay if you don’t know how currently, but must be willing to learn)
- Track monthly all pricing changes and react accordingly
- Help operations to ensure the right quality and quantity products are available at all times

- Degree: From College Level upwards in Foreign Trade, Ecomomics
- At least 1 years of relevant working experience
- Fluent English Communication. Candidates who are able to communicate in Korean are preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
- Good knowledge of export
