Purchasing Staff

• Find supplier, get quotation and verify quotation and comparison to choose best supplier,
• Make order plan of assigned purchasing items, issue purchase orders, follow up delivery, receiving and payment,
• Make import-export customs procedures, collect purchasing documents & make payment requests. Control stock of assigned purchasing items,
• Others will be explained during interview.

• Male, Female,
• University graduated – related major (Candidates who graduated from Foreign Trade University, National Economic University, Commercial University is preferred),
• Import – Export formalities, Purchasing skills,
• Have knowledge about Purchasing jobs: machine parts, material…,
• Multi-skills: Presentation, making video clip, Report…,
• Can communicate fluently in English & have good computer skills,
• Be healthy, hard-working, honest, creative, dynamic, responsible and don’t mind to work hard.
