Purchasing Staff

- Expedite delivery of materials considering production need & delivery schedule of FG.
- Submit RM forecast information to suppliers generated from the forecast information from customers.
- Monitors and controls on-time delivery of materials according to requested delivery date on PO.
- Coordinate with suppliers for any revision / cancellation of Purchase order or delivery.
- Does the material delivery discrepancy claim administration & material change notice administration.
- Controls stock level of materials to meet departmental target.
- Controls shipment frequency per supplier to reduce import freight charges.
- Looking for suppliers who can keep materials stock and can supply materials with more competitive prices.
- Give active & effective ideas to develop purchasing activities.
- Controls Debit/Credit note confirmation and issuance to supplier/customer related to materials arranged in air shipment
- Co-ordinate with other concerning sections & Maintains 6S in his/her area of responsibility.
- Does other job as required by immediate superior from time to time.

- Age: 25- 35
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, International trade, Marketing, Accountancy/Finance,
- Requires at least one year work related experience in selling and/or purchasing functions in a manufacturing environment.
Have experience working at electronics companies (wire harness) is preferred
Have a strong negotiation skill
Good communication in english/ Janpanese is preferred.
Excellent for computer,
Good sense of teamwork & responsibility, initiative, hard working,
Ability to work independently and in a team and under high pressure.
Works under factory working conditions. Exposed to humidity, noise.
