Purchasing Staff

1. Receive Purchase Request from departments.
2. Look for suppliers and send inquiries.
3. Coordinate with related departments to check the required ability of products.
4. Collect, compare offers and other necessary analysis.
5. Monitor quantity and delivery schedule.
6. Make and send PR to get approval.
7. Follow and save data/documents of Purchasing.
8. Other tasks are assigned from OMT and MGMT.

1. University degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field preferred.
2. Knowledge and understanding of purchasing process, policy, and systems
3. Careful, accountable, responsible
