Purchasing Staff (Hưng Yên Factory)

I/ WORK LOCATION: Thang Long IP II, Lieu Xa, Yen My, Hung Yen

II/ JOB DUTY
• Control material cost and implement Cost Reduction (CR) activities:
- Get quotation, make analysis and get approval from BOD
- Find potential suppliers to achieve the target price and quality comply with Company’s compliance policy
- Localize imported parts in order to reduce material cost
• Co-ordinate tightly with other departments related quality problem: sending quality claim to supplier and follow up countermeasures from suppliers
• Make schedule to audit suppliers about quality, manufacturing process with QA & other Departments (if any).
• In charge of mold issues and other technical issues of the cost team
• Manage Standard Purchase Agreement & other type off related contracts.
• Make payment voucher & co-ordinate with Accounting Dept. to make sure payment for supplier always be made on due date.
• Handle the job basing on ISO criteria and ISM rules

• University graduate, major in Economics/ Technical
• Good communication both in Vietnamese and English. Be able to speak Japanese is an advantage.
• 1 - 2 years of experiences in Purchasing job
• Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
