Purchasing Staff Cum Logistics

1. Purchasing work
• Responsible for purchases of TVI after receiving PR : Quotes and price changes, orders, contract, logistics.
• Responsible for sourcing, selecting and negotiating with in-out suppliers of Vietnam for best purchase price
• Co-ordinate with ware house keeper, factory team to manage stock, ensure quantity, quality, adequate, timely.
• Work together with accountant Dept. to make payment for suppliers in times.
• Maintain relationship with current suppliers and seeking for backup plan in case of emergency
• Working in GA Dept. and report to General Director to perfect TVI’s purchasing process.

2. Logistics work
• In charge of all activities related to export Goods to head quarter in Japan and import machines / spare-part from China, Korea, Japan (about 1 containers / month)
• Looking for suitable forwarders to ensure delivery in time, logical docs …

- Candidate must graduate at least a Bachelor's Degree: Foreign trading, Logistic, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - -- The candidate have experience in Manufacture is add point.
- Experience with software system in export, logistics in priority
- Negotiate & communication skill is required.
- Good English / Japanese, good computing skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Quickly get adaptable, able to work under high pressure
