Mô tả công việc
1. Buying works:
- Analyzing sales figures on orders;
- Organize the short-term, medium-term and long-term purchase plans based on the analysis of the store's sales consumption (scheduling orders, returning goods schedule);
- Manage stock inventory properly.
- Organize activities to check inventory level and recommend Planning and Business development Manager on inventory turnover, minimum inventory levels and related commodity works;
- Manage and announce sales section regarding information about goods, create commodity codes when new products are available.
- Negotiate purchasing conditions with suppliers under Planning and Business development Manager.
- Planning and coordination of promotions with suppliers and colleagues.
- Issue purchase orders and related documents works for each purchase orders.
2. Contact with suppliers, preparing documents, make declaration sheets with custom office to fulfill import procedures:
- Working with suppliers to sign orders, in coordination with other departments to complete import commodities process.
- Working with Suppliers on advertising activities, sales promotion and product images.
- Working with suppliers on issues related to goods.
- Negotiate with suppliers when the items/ shipments have defective.
3. Perform other works assigned by Planning and Business Development Manager.
4. Report work:
- Report to the Manager about the situation and results of the working responsibilities.

- Success candidates graduated at economics, foreign trade and commerce Universities.
- Priority should be given to candidates, who have experience in purchasing, exporting, importing, and trading foreign trade for at least 3 years in foreign enterprises.
- Good looking presentation suitable for work
- Proficiency in 4 foreign language skills: English.
- Communicate well in multinational work environment.
- Ability to present and explain problems in English well.
- Computer skills proficient in office management software: Microsoft words, excel, power point, photoshop, outlook express.
- Enthusiastic, always have spirit and attitude ready for domestic and foreign transactions.
- Friendly, well-coordinated with other members of the Company to well implement programs, events, and solve good work.
