Purchasing / Production Merchandiser

-     Good experience in garment production/sample, understanding the merchandising process, be able to control each process to be completed on time.

-     Should have experience in ordering fabric, sample and trims with overseas supplier and also in Vietnam.

-     Should have experience in payment process.

-     Good follow-up skills and need to ensure all fabric and trims ordered on time and got in house in factory on time.

-     Have experience in dealing/communicating with overseas buyer on regular basis, and be able to tactfully manage and nurture relationship with buyer.

-     Follow up status of order from beginning to shipment (such as fabric inspection, cutting, sewing, packing, inspection).

-     Need to able to read and understand TP’s and explain to CAD team.

-     Should have experience in sending emails to customer and factory team.

-     Follow up development, fit, PP sample and all related samples and sent to customer on time.

-     Need to update all sample details in PLM and in excel sheet and share status with factory and customer.

-     Weekly update fabric and trims status summary to factory team.

-     Communicate with internal and factory teams, Overseas Offices and Customers.

-     Education: College/ University Degree.

-     At least 1 years’ experience in trims ordering/ Purchasing merchandiser position

-     Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.

-     Need to negotiating skill and proper follow-up

-     Be fluent in spoken and written English.

-     Ability to work individually and with team

-    Be able to work well under high pressure and towards tight deadlines
