Purchasing Part Leader - Urgent!

- Manage 01 purchasing Part among 4 parts in Purchasing department, make Purchasing target and build up purchasing strategy.
- Lead & follow up staffs to solve issues and daily problems.
- Sourcing products & services to meet price target & quality standard;
- Ensure the purchasing activities meet company’s target in term of lead time, standardization, quantity, quality, budget and profit rate;
- Continuous develop new vendors, maintain good vendor system. Regularly conduct vendor audit & development.
- Control inventory aging, speed up stock turns, formulate action plans on slow moving inventory
- Co-ordinate to Marketing team to understand Customers’ requirement
- Co-ordinate with other teams of the company and vendors to make sure the projects run smoothly and the quality of service is as highest as possible
- Work with other departments to improve company policies and procedures. Support vendors set up policies and procedure to attain higher standards
- Assure to comply all law provisions related to purchasing, both global and local
- Comply with Company’s anti-corruption and bribery policies
- Other tasks assigned by Manager

- Bachelor degree: Major in Commercial, Business administration, Economics, etc.
- Excellent in MS office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and advanced computer skills
- At least 5 years’ experience in purchasing, 2 years’ experience in the same position
- Experienced in MRO goods is a plus
- Experienced in e-Commerce business area is preferred
- Must be good at communicating in English
