Mô tả công việc
Seeking and choosing suppliers both domestic and abroad.
- Send inquiry to suppliers in order to request quotation, issuing materials code.
- Following Purchase Order and inventory materials.
- Making plan to purchase materials,supplier evaluation and reporting
- Take complaints (if any), coordinate with relevant staff / department to deal with such complaints or suggest solutions to problems
- Search for and develop suppliers / contractors
- Update the details of purchasing requests, purchasing orders and suppliers list
- To assist purchasing section manager to ensure that products meet best quality and budget requirements as well as customer satisfaction.
- Support for Purchasing Manager

- English: Intermediate level
- Graduated from Foreign Trade, Import - Export, Business Administration
- Male/ Female, Age: 23 ~28 years old.
- High responsibility, eager to learn and good personality.
- Well-knowledge of purchasing process in domestic and oversea (for purchasing position) or in foreign trade and import & export process in the custom and at the port (for import position)
- Good communication, team work, presentation
- Logical thinking, flexible, consistence
- Ability work under high pressure
- Graduated from Foreign Trade, Import - Export, Business Administration
- Male/ Female, Age: 23 ~28 years old.
