1 - Purchase
•Seeking and choosing suppliers both domestic and abroad.
•Send inquiry to suppliers in order to request quotation, issuing materials code.
•Following Purchase Order and inventory materials.
•Supplier evaluation and reporting
•Support for Purchasing Manager
2 - Import
•Check the import documents. Plan customs transmission, pay taxes and coordinate with forwarder to clear the shipment
•Track the progress of imported goods and domestic invoices. Support accounting department in professional, documents
•Prepare customs declaration both domestic and abroad
