Mô tả công việc
- Use information from interview, site visits, seminars, trade shows, internet, commercial & technical publications, and other contacts to search & develop effective vendors.
- Determine customer needs & expectations for sourcing
- Develop RFQ/Bidding; Evaluate vendor & quotation. Negotiate and recommend the most appropriates & cost effective alternatives;
- Analysis budget to propose full year purchasing plan based on nature of demand and sources.
- Convert PR to P/O to arrange delivery per agreed lead time.
- Pro-actively work with relevant parties to minimize errors of supply (delivery, quality etc..) and keep stakeholders informed if any changes impact to normal cost/supply/delivery.
- Have alternative sources and immediate solutions during product non-conformities or supply
Handle contract, delivery, payment, and complaints.
- Update data (PIR; PS; VC etc..) into SAP system.
- Seek opportunity for saving (cost avoidance, cost reduction, new sources of purchase, pro-long payment term, etc..).
- Seek opportunity for shorten lead time (enrich supply sources)
- Increase integrity by process improvement

- FEMALE, 25 - 35 ages
- University graduated
- Above three (3) years of experience in procurement
- Priority:
+ Packaging purchase.
+ Experiences in FMCG manufacturing company
+ Good English and fair proficiency in MS Office, SAP
