Purchasing Officer

Working location: Lot I2, D1 street, Sai Gon High Tech Part, Distric 9, HCMC

 Assist in obtaining quotation from suppliers base on the technical requirements from engineers for bidding project;
 Issue purchase order to approved vendors;
 Responsible for the tracking of delivery of purchase item;
 Supplier sourcing to establish local vendor list;
 Update master price list ;
 Record / track of sub-cont claim;
 Matching relevant documents for monthly payment;
 Update approve vendor list and
 Other additional work assignments from the superior as when needed
 Responsible to handle/shipment the goods from oversea
 To communicate with forwarder do the materials import and export process
 To control and manage the forwarder to make sure the goods delivery meets the project schedule
 To report/provide the import/export documents to the bank after goods arrive to the work site
 To do custom clearance report to the custom department in each quarter or after project completion
 To manage the warehouse and make sure all the materials in/out of ware house are on tracking

Education
 Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent;
Experience
 At least 2 years relevant working experience
 Strong background in construction projects is advantage;
Languages
 English – fluent with English in both oral and written
 Vietnamese– fluent in both spoken and written

 High organization skills
 Able to interact with all level of employees and suppliers
 Good negotiation skills
 Responsible and trustworthy
