Purchasing Officer

Responsibilities:

 Reconcile required goods with the main list to confirm purchasing needs; authenticate unclear items; propose alternative solutions.

 Control inventory to forward goods in stock; Schedule a delivery.

 Making orders on the basis of confirming parameters and prices; collecting recommendations from suppliers to replace goods; Get approval from the collection department.

 Transfer orders to suppliers.

 Reconcile the list of goods received against the order for acceptance; Handling defective shipments with the supplier.

 Transfer acceptance documents to authorize the purchase payment.

 Collect, analyze and synthesize data to plan procurement and control information.

 Complete assigned purchasing and organizational tasks. This will be discussed in more detail at the interview.

Requirements:

English ( Intermediate )

 Experience working as a salesperson or purchasing role.

 In-depth knowledge of supplier search process (including research, evaluation and supplier contact).

 Proficient in using MS office

 Supply management.

 Track costs.

 Building good relationships with suppliers.

 Calculating costs, making records, reporting.

 Graduated college degree in Business Administration, Economics or related industry.
