Purchasing - Nhân Viên Mua Hàng

1 Directly carrying out the purchasing activities (Local & oversea). 

2 Importing/exporting of materials, machinery and equipment, appliances, tools, and repair services of the factory. 

3 Negotiating with domestic and foreign suppliers to meet purchasing standards such as price, quality, lead time, and supply reliability. 

4 Making purchase orders, and monitoring the progress of purchase, delivery, and receipt of goods. 

5 Implementing the payment procedures and updating information on the SAP system. 

6 Other responsibilities shall be followed to assignment by the manager.

1 Bachelor or College degree holder in the economic field. 

2 At least 2 years’ experience in purchasing and knowledge about import - export. 

3 Fluency in English and Microsoft Office. 

4 Know about SAP system, used to work with it is preferred. 

5 Good communication skills and negotiation; Ability to work under high pressure.

1 Working time 44hrs/ week (flexible Saturday morning)
