Mô tả công việc
- Receives order confirmation from Manager together with PO template (toolbox)
- Checks all info with Manager and confirm understanding
- Updates BOM
- Follows Excel PO sent to supplier by Manager (including trims)
- Check and confirm PI with fabric supplier
- Creates submission forms (toolbox)
- Requests l/d, s/o, bulk submissions from fabric supplier
- Chase buyer’s comments
- Gets bulk yardage for testing and PPS
- Follows consumption modifications during fitting process and must inform manager
- Organize fabric testing before fabric shipment (get approval from manager if fabric testing cannot be done before shipment)
- Checks and updates online BOM for fabric ETD and ETA
- Books final inspection with QC one week before fabric ETD
- Books vessel with forwarder
- Checks fabric inspection report and asks Manager greenlight to ship
- Confirms fabric ETA with Production Merchandiser and updates in online T&A
- Checks invoice (price and quantity) and packing list before sending to shipping department in factory
- Hands over invoice to assistant for payment at due date
- Makes sure DBP is duly updated
- For DK, need to send signed PI to buyer.
