***POSITION OBJECTIVE
• Interior’s French international group, design and manufacture exclusive and unique furniture and accessories of French style is looking for a PURCHASING Manager for its Vietnamese industrial plants.
• In collaboration with the Top management, you define the strategic plan for Purchasing and Quality and implement the action plan.
***POSITION DUTIES
• You perform technical review and audit of suppliers manufacturing processes and quality systems.
• You develop and maintain sourcing strategies in cooperation with other departments (development, production …).
• You Negotiate contracts for prices and terms with outside suppliers and monitor the supplier’s performance and improvement plans.
• You follow market price trends and general business activities.
• You work with suppliers and INTERIOR’S resources to identify, develop and implement material cost savings.
• You accompany the technology developments and the existing products improvements.
• You optimize the performance by the implementation and the management KPI indicators and related action plans.
Inside the company:
• Other factories
• Supply Chain (planning, purchase, import-export)
• Finance / Accounting service
• Human Resources
• Research and development
Outside the company:
• Customers/suppliers

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Negotiation skills, are always thinking in a positive way and have the spirit: “at each problem, there is a solution”.
• You like the polyvalence, the communication and the challenges, then joint the INTERIOR’S team.
• 4yr University degree in Business or Engineering, and at least 5 to 10 years of senior purchasing/Purchasing manager and Quality manager experience in the industry (furniture industry would be an advantage).
• A quality team management experience would be appreciated. PERFECT English is required (oral and written).
***WORK LOCATION:
An Thanh Factory: N.1, An Thanh Industrial Zone, Thuan An, Binh Duong Province.
(many trips to other factories and suppliers)
• You like the polyvalence, the communication and the challenges, then joint the INTERIOR’S team.
• 4yr University degree in Business or Engineering, and at least 5 to 10 years of senior purchasing/Purchasing manager and Quality manager experience in the industry (furniture industry would be an advantage).
