Purchasing Manager

1. In charge of purchasing all of direct imported and local material, equipment, tool and service for the Company from analyze forecast, determine demand, demand planning, ordering, follow up receiving, storage, delivery.
2. Analyze and evaluate external price trends to identify opportunities to reduce overall purchasing costs.
3. Review purchasing request and evaluate whole year, quarterly, and monthly report of usage to minimize expense.
4. Preparing purchasing and sourcing plan, goods reservation for whole year, quarterly, and monthly to achieve company target.
5. Responsible for handling all complaints related to the quality of purchased goods.
6. Establish and improve purchasing processes: supplier selection criteria, new item code, price change. Manage the supplier certification and audit program.
7. Coordinate supply chain operations with finance functions to optimize cash flows
8. Managing whole Purchasing department.
9. Assigning tasks for department
10. Other assigns by MGMT

1. University degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field preferred.
2. Good knowledge and understanding of purchasing process, policy, and systems
3. Careful, accountable, responsible
4. Have experience in purchasing for cutting tools/ equipments for CNC machine is advance
5. 3 years experience in Purchasing Manager position
6. English: Fluently
7. Good knowledge for import-export (Logistics) is an advantage.
