* Develop and set up purchasing strategy to obtain materials in the most cost-effective way.
* Organize and perform all methods in seeking and developing customer effectively very well communication and interpersonal skills.
* Monitor supplier performance and address supplier performance issues.
* Negotiate the best price of purchased products.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure development and production schedules timely, effectively.
* Build long term planning of buying plan and control inventory.
* Develop and maintain productive and positive relationship with vendors, sales contracts as well as internal contracts.
* Ensure all purchased products to be reasonable price, timely delivery and good quality.
* Other assignments as determined by Purchasing Dispatcher.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
* At least 8 years experience.
* Experience in electronic manufacturing purchasing will be an advantage.
* Very well-organized, problem-solving, leadership and negotiation skill.
* Responsible, able to work under high pressure.
* Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
* Good at leadership, experience in managing large team will be an advantage.
