Management of PCT operations
Check out the purchase proposals. Approving and assigning the purchase staffs to perform,
Check & Approve orders submitted for signing. Ensuring the orders are done with the best effect,
Urge staffs to make the purchase as requested,
Check & Urge employees to report results of orders fulfillment,
Handling problems that may occur during the purchase process.
Control Market Price Volatility & Purchase Strategy Proposal
Every 6 months, making statistics of prices of goods purchased in the period,
Analysis and evaluation of the market price fluctuation of related items,
Refer to the general market situation, the situation of related companies and if necessary, make recommendations on purchasing methods for the next periods.
Supplier Classification
Assess and set up a List of qualified suppliers to implement throughout the Company
Assigning employees to use suppliers to make purchases
Evaluate Purchasing Results
Every 6 months, summarize & evaluate the performance of all employees. The evaluation should be made quantitatively in terms of PO deployment time, as well as on the supplier's delivery deadline
Reporting Purchase Results of PCT at the request of the CEO
Advising the CEO on the Strategy of Purchasing Goods-Materials and Equipment to serve the Company's production needs

• University or upper
• Majors : Foreign Trade, Import and Export, Trade Administration
• Fulent English:
• Fluent in Excel and Office Informatics
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the corresponding position
• Communication skills; Analysis - synthesis of information
• Problem-solving skills
• Training skills
• Planning skills
• Employee management skills
• Priority: Furniture , Wooden, Production; joined SAP project, ERP project
• Job position to be promoted:Director of Planning & Supplying Materials Manufacturing Section
