Purchasing Manager

In charge of the entire Company Purchasing operations, from the purchasing act till company goods deliveries.
Close interactions with production, quality, R&D, finance, and supply chain departments
- Needs identification and technical definition
- Spends analyzes
- Request for information (RFI), request for tenders (RFT), Request for quotation (RFQ) preparation
- Negotiate the best purchasing conditions taking into account the technical and commercial objectives
- Prospect the markets
- Ensure the reliability of suppliers: assess the ability of suppliers to meet the requirements of cost, time, quality, quantity
- Provides the interface between suppliers, production, marketing, R&D
- Optimization of the choices to reinforce the buying potential
-Responsible for the Purchasing reporting in relation with the head quarter

- University graduated
- 5 year experience as purchasing manager in multi-national company
- Commercial law for drawing up purchase contracts knowledge
- Understand and can apply all relevant international regulations / norms standards ISO 9001
- Drive for excellence is expected
- Integrity, must comply with works ethical code
- Current and potential markets knowledge
