- Reviews purchase requisitions considering issues such as lead times, standardization, quantity, discounts and purchasing budgets
- Assists Department in the hotel in formulating their material requirements and to use competitive bidding or other approved procedures to obtain the best price
- Engages in value analysis of currently purchased materials in an effort to achieve cost savings without sacrificing quality
- Checks and manages the current supplier list by identifying potential suppliers and conducting vendors visits
- Be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties as designed by management

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Diploma / Degree in commerce / accounting or related fields
- Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality industry specializing in Purchasing / Procurement
- Confident communication in written and spoken English, culturally adaptable
- Able to work as a business partner in an operations team and contribute to the overall success of the business
- Possess good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
