Purchasing-Logistic-Warehouse Manager - Logistics Background - Attractive Package - International Working Environment - Urgent

I. General Information
1. Working Location: Indochina Plaza, 241 Xuan Thuy, Cau Giay, Ha Noi
2. Working Hours: 8.00 - 17. 30, Monday - Friday
3. Report to: Ha Noi Branch Director
4. Subordinates: 3+

II. Job Description
A. Purchasing (Manage procurement operations)
• Source, determine, approve suppliers, vendors, sub-contractors
• Purchase materials, goods, commodities, services, for Operation Departments.
• Audit, review vendor performance/assessment
• Manage supplier relationship
• Drive savings in line with the company’s and Group’s objectives.

B. Logistics (Manage shipping, transportation, import-export operation)
• Organise international, local shipping, transportation, trucking services
• Organise customs clearance process, tax declaration, tax finalisation, tax refund

C. Warehouse (Manage warehouse operations)
• Plan stock ordering & stock replenishment
• Organise daily stock-in & stock-out effectively
• Arrange cycle count/stock count to achieve minimum variance
• Distribute inventories to sub-warehouse, project site
• Control SMI, stock-out, stock provision to improve the efficiency of warehouse management
• Control defective, obsolete parts effectively

D. Process Management (Establish processes, procedures to improve the quality of supply chain)
• Set up, review and amend supply chain procedure to align it to company’s and group’s objectives
• Communicate and implement Group’s policies
• Develop efficient and effective process in co-ordination with all departments

E. People Management (Manage, train, coach, develop staff)
• Delegate duties to the team
• Communicate, monitor, review VFO, staff performance on monthly basis
• Deliver training, coaching
• Build development plan for team members
• Provide inspiring leadership to the team and build an engaging relationship with all departments

III. Job Requirements
A. Must Have
 At least 5 years relevant in supply chain / logistics (import) management
 At least 2 years as a team leader / manager of department

B. Want to Have
 Good communication and negotiation skills.
 Sound knowledge of purchasing, logistics and warehouse principles.
 Good spoken and written English
 MS Projects, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, SAP experience is an advantage
 Objective driven and able to work independently as well as in a team.
 Outspoken, meticulous and high initiative.
 Integrity.

IV. C&B Package
 Base Salary: Competitive
