Purchasing Leader is responsible for all related Purchasing activities to ensure delivery Commodities/sub- material/service in time for production with full quantity, high quality and in time service.
- Follow up the list of suppliers for each range of products.
- Receiving the purchase request from other departments, check and submit to BOD.
- Prepared purchase orders and manage all purchasing activities with suppliers.
- Keep updating all purchasing data.
- Make purchasing contract and follow up the contract execution plan.
- Follow up the schedule that suppliers can deliver products to company, ensure that products/ingredient is available on time for production.
- Receive all payment document and coordinate with Accounting Department for payment.
- Claim handle for product’s lost or damage.
- Set-up and maintain purchasing document filling.
- Set-up & maintain the relationship with partners/customers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduation.
- At least 4 years experience in Purchasing field, 2 years in leader position.
- Good organization, management, analysis and forecast skill.
- Good English and computing skill.
- Ability to work in Team as well as independently.
- Can work under high pressure.
- Honest and enthusiasm in working.
- Living in Binh Duong or willing to work in Binh Duong.
- At least 4 years experience in Purchasing field, 2 years in leader position.
- Good organization, management, analysis and forecast skill.
- Good English and computing skill.
- Ability to work in Team as well as independently.
- Can work under high pressure.
- Honest and enthusiasm in working.
- Living in Binh Duong or willing to work in Binh Duong.
