Purchasing Executive

1. Conduct research for new components, goods, spare parts and supplier's development
2. Compile data relating to supplier's selection, supplier's audit and performance to enable evaluation
to ensure the contract compliance
3. Purchase goods, material, components or services in line with specifed cost, quality & delivery target
4. Act as an interface between suppliers and other dept. on purchasing process, new project, activity
5. Monitor and advise on any issues which present risk or opportunities to the organization
6. Monitor market trends, competitor strategies and market supplier
7. Provide analysis on costs, new, existing and review cost reduction activities
8. Contact supplier to resolve price, quality, delivery or invoice issues
9. Negotiate contracts, improve prices and terms of business with supplier and review opportunities
to make business savings, utilising negotiation
10. Prepare and raise purchase requisition, purchase orders and order schedules through ERP system
11. Build, maintain and manage supplier relationship and keep up good communication
12. Work closely with others in the procurement function and review opportunities for countinuous improvement and business improvement
12. Others as assigned by Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. University degree, major related to Economic, Foreign trade or others related to logistic
2. Sex: Male/ Female
3. Working experience: 1-2 years of working experiences in manufacturing, purchasing and logistic field
4. Able to communicate well in English
Able to communicate well in Chinese ( Specially in Both Spoken and written)

5. Proficiency in MS office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
6. Good organization, strong leadership and high motivation
7. Knowledge in shipping incoterms if any
