Mô tả công việc
• Positon: Purchasing Executive
• Experience: 3-4 years
• Report to: Operation Manager
* Job Description
• Look for potential suppliers and propose potential suppliers base on price, services, and cost.
• Negotiate with vendor in term of pricing and commercial condition to ensure getting material with good quality and reasonable price.
• Conduct research on the price
• Receive, verify and purchase raw materials based on purchase requisition.
• Prepare Purchase Orders and process them in accordance with company procedure.
• Co-ordinate with warehouse to ensure that raw materials are enough for production.
• Follow up and monitor the quality of purchased items to ensure the quality / specification are meet.
• Make payment request according to company procedure and submit to Finance Department.
• Propose cost saving target and monitor the achievement
• Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
* Requirement
• Degree in college or university.
• 3-4 years working experiences,
• At least 2 years experiences in buying & source material metal & electronic oversea & Vietnam,
• Honest, hardworking, ability to deal with pressure situations
• Strong communication skill, negotiation skill
• Ability to communicate in English, either Japanese or Chinese is a plus.

• Thưởng: lương tháng 13 & thưởng theo đánh giá năng lực làm việc
