Mô tả công việc
• To find more suppliers, make sure the efficient number of assessed suppliers and the availability of at least 3 in the list
• To assess suppliers as the company’s criteria
• To negotiate for purchase order contracts as the company’s standard format
• To keep safe all assessment files of the suppliers
• Negotiating with suppliers to get the best price for POSM/ goods
• Periodically market survey made for the goods having frequent fluctuation on prices
• To keep on updating and assessing the criteria for the suppliers as company regulations
• To receive a request for goods orders from departments
• To plan delivery schedules between suppliers and relevant departments
• To assist new suppliers with goods delivery procedures
• To implement measures of risk management on goods purchasing
• To daily post data of goods receipts into the system
• To suggest suitable measures for the improvement of goods purchase activities
• To assess suppliers as the company’s criteria

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor Degree (Economics, Foreign Trade, International Business is a plus)
• Careful, good negotiation, communication.
• Good in data/figures and analytical & negotiation skills
• Fluent at English & computer skill: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP
• Other: Top individual charisma: integrity, adaptability, agility, success intelligence
