Purchasing-Customer Service Staff - Only Female with English Skills

- Responsible for Customer service activities (Sales contract, PO, payment)
- Responsible for purchasing activities relating to sourcing, cost, quality and service to meet the needs of company
- Cooperate and support Sales department to achieve the target
- Prepare reports required by the higher level
- Make import and export procedure as make a customs declaration
- Other tasks as assigned

- Only female with english skills
- Priority for graduation from economics, specializing in custom is preferred
- 01 year experience in similar positions
- Have import & export experience
- Good command of English;
- Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, …);
- Good negotiation, organization & communication skills;
- Willing to occasionally travel when required;
- Enjoying problem solving and serving customers.
